For your days activities we prepare a picnic lunch. In the afternoon we follow with fresh homemade pastries, cakes and a hot beverage. Your perfect day finishes with a three course dinner, served with local wines.

Our chef focuses on using as much local organic produce as possible, together with stylish traditional recipes. Each day the chef decides on a new exciting dinner, underlined by an outstanding European touch and created with fresh ingredients. A choice of wine from our excellent local wine cellar perfectly complements your gourmet meal.
In the evening, mingle with the other guests at the main dining table. Or, if you prefer a romantic evening for two, we also have more intimate settings and separate tables.
At the main table you can share your day’s activities while enjoying a candlelit dinner and fine cuisine. On cooler evenings this can be done beside the fireside. While on warmer nights, and even more rewarding, is dining on the magnificent setting of the large open deck overlooking the Estuary.
